| Description | hi kerwin we received some report from SKB VOC. 1. Move to YouTube 2. move to Search in menu 3. move to mic icon for input voice command. 4. enter this icon issue : when don't input voice command, we can't see a white color around mic icon. and after a few second, it is shown as warning message " Not detect voice command" | ||||

Hi Jason, I can't find useful information in attached log files. The message of Google Assistant (Katniss) is not shown in log files due to Android Chatty. (chatty : uid=10031 com.google.android.katniss:search identical 2 lines) Moreover, Google Assistant works in application level and we only have prebuilt APK. We can't check these errors in source code level. I think you can check following things with the user first: 1. Try to replace new battery in RCU ? (I can't find battery information in log files.) 2. Try to uninstall updates of Google Assistant (Katniss) application ? (I see Katniss is updated to version '13002240' in log) 3. Try to clear Katniss application data in TVSettings (I see Katniss is died in system.log) Thanks ! |
